Here you will find all important information about shipping, delivery times and delivery to the DACH region.

Shipping countries

We currently deliver to the following countries:

  • 🇦🇹 Austria

  • 🇨🇭 Switzerland

Shipping costs

📦 Shipping is free for all orders – regardless of order value and delivery country.

Processing time

After receiving your order, we need 1-3 working days to process it.
Orders received after 00:00 CET will be processed on the following working day.

Delivery times

  • Germany: approx. 3–7 working days

  • Austria: approx. 3–7 working days

  • Switzerland: approx. 3–7 working days

Please note that delays may occur due to, for example, public holidays, customs clearance (for deliveries to Switzerland) or increased order volume.

Shipping service provider

We work with reliable logistics partners such as DHL , Austrian Post and Post CH , depending on the destination country and parcel volume.

Shipment tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
The tracking number is usually activated within 24–48 hours after shipment.

Partial deliveries

In exceptional cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages . These may be delivered at different times.

Customs & Import Duties (Switzerland)

Deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties or import taxes , which are not included in the product price. These must be borne by the customer.
